• This tool is clearly visible to all participants

• By enrolling in one of our courses or programs, you give your consent for the use of such tools during live sessions

• The recording and transcript are shared only with course participants, the facilitator, and selected allLearners employees who support the delivery or documentation of the program.

• If you object to recording, you can inform us and we will offer an alternative (e.g., written summary)

• For participants in our courses and programs: by joining live group sessions, you agree to the recording being shared with other enrolled learners who could not attend

Recordings are used solely for learning and documentation purposes, and may only be shared outside the context of the program with your explicit consent after the session has ended.

7. How long we store your data

• Contact and customer data: up to 7 years (legal obligation)

• Course participation data: up to 2 years after last activity

• Recordings and transcripts: up to 12 months, unless otherwise agreed
