Refund & Cancellation Policy – allLearners

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be granted for purchases made from allLearners. Different conditions apply depending on whether you are a consumer or a business, and depending on the type of product or service purchased.

1. Applicability
This policy applies to the following offers:

Our self-paced online courses (including live group calls and individual sessions)

2. For consumers (B2C)
2.1 Online course
Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 30 days of purchase, provided that the digital content has not yet been accessed.
By purchasing our online courses, you will be asked to explicitly agree to immediate access to all course materials. By doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal under EU law. This is in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
✅ Therefore: no refunds will be granted once course access has been provided.
2.2 Subscription renewal
Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable once the renewal payment has been processed. You can cancel the renewal at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
2.3 In-person services
In-person consultancy and workshops are considered custom services. The statutory cooling-off period does not apply, and refunds are not available unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. For business clients (B2B)
This refund policy does not provide any statutory right of withdrawal for business-to-business (B2B) clients. All agreements and cancellations for organisations or professionals are governed by the contractual terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Refunds or adjustments are only made by mutual agreement and at our discretion.

5. Exceptions and case-by-case consideration
Requests for refunds outside the legal cooling-off period or not covered by the above terms will be considered on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.
