A few weeks ago, I was in Oslo to hand out three Reimagine Education Program certificates to colleagues from the Agora Linjen. The photo captures that moment. I thought that was the highlight. But then something happened that made it even more special.

Their school leader told me he wants to join the program himself. Two members of his management team have already said yes. They want to recruit teachers from other departments as well.

And as the icing on the cake, school leaders from other locations showed interest too.

What moved me most were their reflections after completing the program. They talked about gaining clarity and direction in their work. About developing a completely new perspective on how learning actually happens. And one of them put it beautifully:

 “I finally understand how to support learners without over-helping, by creating moments that spark curiosity and stepping in at the right time.”

They told me how practical the program felt. How everything could be applied the very next day. And how the personal challenge pushed them to turn theory into something real, something they could use immediately, something that gave them confidence in their role.

Hearing this remind me why I do this work. When individual growth becomes collective momentum, everything shifts. Teams lean in. Leadership steps forward. And you see how an organisation that already thrives keeps refining its culture, becoming more deliberate, more connected and more aligned each day.

To the colleagues who completed the program, and to the leaders who now want to take the same step: thank you. Your enthusiasm builds the future far quicker than any framework ever could.
