Born in India, living in Germany with her husband, now moving back to India to build the school she wishes she had as a child.
Leaving comfort behind by leaving the home, and her husband (for now), and the community she built in Germany to follow meaning. Choosing purpose over predictability. Doing everything she can to make her dream real.

Two weeks ago, I felt deeply part of that journey. After months of learning and reflecting together in my Reimagine Education Program, I handed Luna her certificate. At first, I couldn’t place the feeling. It was only later, sitting in the car on my way home, that it clicked.

It was the same feeling I used to get when handing diplomas to my graduating students.
That quiet, proud moment when you realise they are ready to take the next step without you.
They might come back to visit, but you know they are flying out.

And two weeks ago, completely unexpectedly, I felt it again.

By now, Luna has moved back to India to build the school she always wished she had as a child. During the Reimagine Education Program she designed her first workshop days, created materials to help parents and children experience motivation driven education and developed documentation to guide the team that will support her. I had the privilege of helping her shape these steps and turn early ideas into something concrete.

Knowing that her school will be rooted in the allLearners philosophy and our Motivation Driven Framework makes me deeply proud.
It feels like watching a seed grow far beyond the place where it was planted.

Luna, our paths will cross again. I wish you all the best as you take this step. And I look forward to visiting you one day and hearing you say the same words you told me when we visited Agora in Roermond together:
“This is the school I would have enjoyed attending as a child.”
