The better you are at your job —
the more we pull you away from it.

A great teacher?
Let’s make you a project leader.
A strong team player?
You’re now responsible for ‘dragging others along’.

But what if that’s not what your school really needs?
What if it actually pulls them out of flow?

This unspoken logic —
"You're good, so now lead others" —
creates distance, not inspiration.

It splits your team:
🟢 The ones who ‘move up’
⚪️ And the ones who hear the silent message:
"Apparently, you’re not enough."

And those newly promoted ‘leaders’?
They often burn out.
Not because they’re not capable —
but because they’ve been put in the wrong role.

They didn’t ask to lead.
