Dreams are fake. Our students are for real.
So I’m done waiting.
We should build the schools they actually deserve —
where no one complains about student motivation, because that’s where we start.
Schools where Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle isn’t a poster on the wall —
but the heartbeat of everything we do.
Where learners grow from Why to How to What —
not in isolation, but in community.
Because studying?
You might manage that alone.
But learning is — and always has been — a shared act.
A relational journey.
A space where identity and action meet.
We’re not raising hermits.
We’re raising humans who know their Why,
and know how to link it to the world around them.
