That we get along?
That everything feels smooth and friendly?
That kids feel welcome?
Let’s be clear:
💥 Connection isn’t just a feeling — it’s a condition.
Without it, learning doesn’t happen.
No connection = no risk-taking.
No stretch. No real feedback.
Just compliance, or retreat.
