In every cohort, in every school, I meet them.
Jun 26, 2025In every cohort, in every school, I meet them.
The ones who try first.
The ones who ask first.
And the ones who wait and watch — until the moment is right.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
🌱 The Initiators
They don’t wait for permission. They build the first version, however messy.
Often misunderstood. But without them, nothing starts.
🧩 The Interpreters
They sense patterns. Ask great questions.
They don’t need to be first — but they’re the ones who make it make sense to others.
🔥 The Amplifiers
They see energy and know where to take it.
They turn good ideas into shared language. They create momentum that sticks.
None of them work alone.
And none of them are better than the others.
But here’s what too many changemakers forget:
💡You don’t grow in a vacuum.
💡You don’t transform a culture on your own.
So if you’ve been stuck in your classroom, your inbox, your good intentions…
→ Get out of your bubble
→ Find one of the other types
→ Start building together
Because the future of education doesn’t need more heroes!
It needs communities of practice — where everyone plays their part!
💬 Which one are you right now? And who’s missing from your circle?
