Let me be honest for a second.

Let me be honest for a second.

You’ve probably noticed:
I get around.

I work at schools in South Africa, Costa Rica, Denmark, Norway, and The Netherlands.
I travel for workshops and talks — and I’ve had visitors from every continent (except the poles — still on the list).

And the most common question I get?

“Rob, how do you get all these exciting clients from exciting places?”

Here’s the honest answer:
I don’t know.

Because here’s the truth:

👉 I didn’t want to start a business.
👉 I still get cold feet before every first call.
👉 And I really, really don’t like selling.

What I do like?
Helping people change something real.
In their school. In their team. In themselves.

Most of the work I do… starts with a conversation.
Just someone saying:
"We want something else. But we don’t know how."
And me replying:
"Let’s figure it out together."

That’s how this whole thing grew.

🌀 So if you’re reading this and thinking,
“I’d love to do more, but I’m not the ‘business’ type” —
You don’t have to be.

You just need to care.
And keep showing up.
