Sep 08, 2025My biggest lesson in teaching? I cheated during a chemistry exam.
Not by copying answers — but by swapping my empty bottle with a friend’s half-full one.
My experiment had failed. Nothing reacted.
What I learned that day?
In chemistry, it’s not just what you add, but how much, when, and under which conditions.
Dosage matters. Environment matters. Timing matters.
Education works the same way.
Dumping knowledge rarely sparks a reaction.
👉 Sometimes learners need more time.
👉 Sometimes they need just the right challenge.
👉 Sometimes they need a different condition to succeed.
Motivation doesn’t vanish because learners don’t care.
It fades when circumstances are wrong.
Teaching isn’t about covering content.
It’s about calibrating conditions so growth becomes possible.
