That’s how Richard Reynolds—to his audience of over 22,000 educators and changemakers—introduced me.
And I’m genuinely grateful.
Not just for the kind words, but for how accurately he captured the how behind what I do.
“Most of the work I do... starts with a conversation.”
Because this is where real transformation begins:
Not with a blueprint.
But with a moment of honesty:
“We want something else. But we don’t know how.”
And my job? “Let’s figure it out together.”

We build cultures where learners—and their guides—can thrive.
We shift identity before outcomes.
We design for autonomy, relatedness, and competence.
And we believe every community already holds the seeds of its own transformation.

Treat every learner respectfully unequal.
Because equity doesn’t mean sameness—it means fit.
