Jun 24, 2025🎯 School leaders — when someone is great at what they do,
don’t give them a title or new role to make an impact.
Give them space to keep growing —
and to be seen.
But here’s the problem:
We often pull them out of what they love —
and ask them to ‘drag others along’.
That rarely works.
And it rarely lasts.
What works?
✅ Let them stay close to their craft
✅ Make their work visible
✅ Let others see the Why, not just hear the What —
a.k.a. job shadowing done right.
Because when something meaningful becomes visible,
people stop waiting for instructions.
They start asking:
💬 “How did you do that?”
💬 “Could I try that too?”
💬 “Can you show me?”
Now your strongest team members
aren’t leaders by title —
they’re leaders by example.
And the rest?
They’re not being managed.
They’re discovering their own Why,
exploring their own How,
and figuring out their own What.
📌 So how do you turn that into culture?
Tomorrow’s post will show you how.
