Most children start school full of questions.
Why is the sky blue?
Why do I have to go to school?
Why does a rainbow work like that?
But somewhere along the way, they stop asking.
They shift from curious explorers to students waiting for instructions.
From active to passive.
📉 If we keep focusing on what they need to do — lessons, tests, rules — without first connecting to why it matters, we shouldn’t be surprised when they disengage.
The problem isn’t attention.
It’s meaning.
And meaning always starts with why.
At allLearners, we don’t say students.
We say learners.
Because learning isn’t a role — it’s a lifelong process.
🧭 And the learners?
They’re not just the kids in the classroom.
They’re the co-workers, the parents, the leaders.
Everyone in the building is growing. Or should be.
So let’s stop designing school for students.
Let’s build learning communities where everyone gets to stay curious.
