No shadows, no natural pose, no human who'd actually stand like that.

Why?
Because I had one job: ask someone to take a picture when I was actually standing there.
And of course, I forgot.

But the reason I wanted this picture is very real.
This is a moment worth capturing.

✅ And proudly displayed at Blåbjergskolen in Varde
✅ Right next to one of their posters—it reads: 

“Together we succeed – And grow every day”

That’s not just a nice quote—it’s a lived reality.

Together with my co-worker Rob Perree, I’m working with the team at Blåbjergskolen to put our philosophy into practice—on the floor, with the staff members & learners. And it's working.

🔄 Instead of trying to fit learners into fixed systems, the environment is adapting to fit them
🧩 The Building Blocks are no longer just concepts—they’re shaping real decisions, real projects, real learning
🌱 Autonomy is growing, and with it, intrinsic motivation
🎯 Project-based learning is taking root in a way that moves with the learners—not against them
🍰 And yes, one of the Blocks literally includes a cake—because we believe in inviting curiosity, experimentation, and joy into learning

This isn’t a quick win. It’s the result of deep commitment from everyone involved.
But this milestone deserves to be celebrated—Photoshop fail and all.
