During our sessions we ensure ongoing collaborative development by focusing on the stretch zones of an entity* first, we do this in relation with the future perspective of the school.

On the this page, we’ll walk through the steps together to ensure you get the best possible start in our program. Let’s make this onboarding process smooth and exciting!

*allLearners entities are: Individual learners (team members, students) → a team (group of people) → school (the community)

The first steps:

1. Take a good look at the steps on this page.
2. Check if you’ve received a email so you can log in to the allLearners community. And just in case, don’t forget to check your spam folder too!

Step two:

Over the coming weeks, we will be using the allLearners.org online community platform. You can access our online community through this link. Please ensure that you have created an account on allLearners.org. You should have received an invitation to do so in your inbox.

This online community page will be our starting point for collaboration between you, me, and your colleagues who are also on this coaching journey. More details on that later! For now, make sure you can easily find your way back here—bookmark this page so it's always just a click away.

Step three:

Before we begin our process, we'd like to prepare you a bit. We do this by giving you an initial insight into our way of working. For that, we’d like to ask you to watch three videos. Each video is no longer than 15 minutes.
