We designed allLearners Building Blocks Toolkit to provide a new blueprint for innovative approaches to learning. Our clients are schools or education organisations that want to build new schools from scratch, or schools that want to transform the way they work. Using our Toolkit introduces you to a new language and approach that will help you discover, discuss and devise new solutions in any context. 

OurToolkit was designed around main topics that all communities should become aware of in order to build or transform:

The Requirements: What You Stand For (By law and as an institution)

Our Toolkit will help raise questions and challenge individual and community norms and assumptions. Our iterative learning process will help you answer questions and solve challenges that arise while you start building your new learning community, or work towards transforming it.  

Using allLearners Building Blocks, you will begin your journey by acknowledging that we are all learners, and commit to dissolving any existing barriers between school and ‘real-life’ - a construct that no longer serves 21st century communities. Adopting this new mindset around these concepts provides fresh thinking around what it means to live and learn in the 21st century.   

Learning is a lifelong journey. We are born ready, and born to keep learning. Each unique learning community offers an incredible potential launchpad for learners to remain on that journey. Unfortunately, a lot of students don’t feel like that at school, but together we can change this!
